Speculative warehouses, located in the 280 acre Tri-County Business & Industrial Park in Schertz, Texas. Tri-County is also a double Freeport Zone and has tax incentives that keep the operating expenses lower than competing properties. The two recently completed buildings have 24’ clear heights at the first column line with single slope standing seam metal roofs and are total 89,700 square feet of total leaseable floor space. Construction is concrete tilt-wall which began in January 2008 and completed early, in June. Shell and core LEED Certification is being attempted for these two sites making it a pioneer for green building in this location. |
