133,500 SF facility located in the Alamo Downs Business Park on the west side of San Antonio. The narrow site and 28’ clear height for this building also made a single slope roof essential to make room for a 120’ truck court and parking on the front. CDB again came through with our cost effective standing seam metal roof system which accommodated 2 - 50,000 + SF tenants with fully air conditioned space requirements. As with the Kelly Railport, over 60 work days were lost due to rainfall in 2007. This required CDB to complete the tenant space and obtain a temporary certificate of occupancy for move-in prior to site completion.
